How and where you can renew ISIC, ITIC or Alive cards? At the end of the calendar year, the validity of some ISIC, ITIC, and Alive/AliveID cards expires. If not renewed, these cards cannot be used in transport or for discounts with merchants. To regain all the benefits of your card, you need to have its validity extended. Ideally, do this before the expiration date, but you can also do it later with an expired card. How? I have a card issued by my school The validity of a school-issued ISIC, ITIC and Alive Student/Alive Staff card can be extended directly at the school that issued the card. Each school has its own system, so you need to find the contact person responsible for all matters related to cards. They will primarily extend your school card electronically, which you will see immediately in the Alive App. Some schools may also issue revalidation stickers for the plastic version of the card as an additional part of the renewal process. I have a card purchased online The validity of an ISIC/ITIC/Alive/AliveID card that was not issued by a school but was purchased online is not being extended. To continue using the benefits after its expiration, you need to order a new card online, again with a validity of 1 year.
