Cards with the Alive benefit program can be obtained at partner schools by:

• Students who are not eligible for ISIC, such as students of combined or other non-full-time study programs enrolled in study, as well as participants in courses or lifelong learning (AliveID Student or Alive Student card)
• Non-teaching staff and employees of the school who are not eligible for ITIC (AliveID Staff or Alive Staff card)
• Absolventi, resp. studenti, kteří už dokončili své studium (Průkaz AliveID Absolvent, resp. na některých školách Alive Alumni) Graduates or students who have already completed their studies (AliveID Alumni card, or Alive Alumni at some schools).

Alive cards with the benefit program are issued only by schools, and it is not possible to obtain this card online. A list of schools and institutions issuing AliveID and Alive can be found here.

The conditions for issuing the AliveID/Alive card may vary. For the required documents and pricing details, please inquire directly at the school.

• The validity of the AliveID/Alive Student and AliveID/Alive Staff cards is always from the beginning of September of one year until the end of December of the following year. You can extend the card's validity every year. The extension can be easily done at the school, and you will see the new validity immediately on the digital card in the Alive App. Some schools may also issue a revalidation sticker for the plastic version of the card. The price and conditions for extending the validity may vary at different schools, so you need to inquire directly at the school. 
• The validity of the AliveID Alumni card is always from the date of issue until the end of the current calendar year, and the validity is automatically extended for the next year.
• The Alive Alumni card is always valid from the date of issue until the end of December of the following year (at Masaryk University, the validity is extended by one more year).
• Exception: The Alive Alumni at Masaryk University can be extended directly with us (not at the school). The revalidation sticker will be sent by mail after you send a request to the email online@isic.cz with the following details: name, surname, university name, date of birth, phone number, Alive Alumni card number, address (street, house number, city, postal code).
• The price of this revalidation sticker is 250 CZK. The sticker is valid from September 1, 2023, to December 31, 2024. The sticker can be ordered anytime during the year – for example, even in May 2024, you can order a sticker valid until December 31, 2024.

AliveID cards are issued in most secondary schools that participate in the ISIC for Schools project.
