Hi, we are FIT ŽENY Uhříněves and our fitness works on a base of club. The mission of us is to make you feel good and motivate you to your dream body or keep you fit. We want you to leave our fitness with great feelings and smile on your cheek. Our priority is healthy woman- without any muscles pain. You can use our fitness machines – for whole body, or use guided lessons (max. with two clients- mistakes are better watched out). Lessons you can use with our certificated trainers are: TRX, Flowin, Bosu, SM systém, butt and belly workout, Pilates, Nordic walking or firming pelvic floor. Our fitness offers many services e.g.: InBody (body diagnostics), Vacu shape (fight with cellulite), Active belly, massages, taping, trigger points…We look forward to seeing you soon!
